Concentrated
Lemon Juice concentrate from 400 to 570 GPL, cloud stable and preserved only by
physical means. It is the unfer-mented but fermentable product obtained from
the endocarp of mature and sound fruits of the Citrus Lemon variety.The entire
process has been assessed and found to be in accordance with the requirements
of the quality standards for FSSC 22.000 awarded by Bureau Veritas
Certification and also ISO 9001:2008.

Main Applications
It
is mainly used to enhance the layering and taste of beverage or jam, and can
also be used in ice cream, baking, filling and other fields .
Packaging, Transportation and Storage
1.Packed in steel drums with two blue tinted
polyethylene liners with 180kgs net each.
2.Drummed product should be kept in the original
packaging and stored at <-18ºC
3.Shelf life: 24 months
